Students' Union Events Assistant

The Arts University Bournemouth Students’ Union (AUBSU) is seeking to appoint an Events Assistant.

The Assistant will be responsible for coordinating the planning and delivery of events organised by the AUBSU, supporting the elected officers and established staff. This will include events during Freshers’ Week, and Graduation Ball. In addition, the Events Assistant will oversee the operation of the Students’ Union Gallery. 

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisation skills, and will have an outstanding approach to customer service.
Some prior experience in planning events will be a clear advantage.
