Booking a Courtyard Slot - External Applicants

Courtyard booking lasts from 12:00-14:00, please check in at the Student Union office when you arrive. You should arrive suitably early in order to set up ready for 12:00 (11:45 latest). We can provide a table and a speaker (if it's bad weather the speaker used requires a headphone jack), but we cannot provide you with a card machine. Bookings are limited to one slot per week per person/group, this may change depending on demand.
